main duties and resposibilities
- check computer for special notes on guest reservation: birthdays, anniversary, food allergy, vip
- listen to guests complaints and follow appropriate protocol
- mingle with guests and make them feel welcome
- make suggestions for sight seeing to foreigner guests on holiday
- remind guests of upcoming special events
- take information & name cards from guests
- assist hostesses & Management when needed
- team player
