main duties and resposibilities

  • check computer for special notes on guest reservation: birthdays, anniversary, food allergy, vip
  • listen to guests complaints and follow appropriate protocol
  • mingle with guests and make them feel welcome
  • make suggestions for sight seeing to foreigner guests on holiday
  • remind guests of upcoming special events
  • take information & name cards from guests
  • assist hostesses & Management when needed
  • team player
  • follow sohy general rules
